Driving change in adoption policy

Selfless Love Foundation hosted a National Think Tank in Broomfield, Colorado, to address critical gaps in the adoption process.

The event brought together individuals with lived experience in foster care, policymakers, child welfare leaders, and researchers to co-create informed federal policy solutions and best practices that prioritize youth voice, protect families, and promote equitable outcomes. The resulting strategies will enhance how adoptions are conducted, supported, and sustained nationwide.
